Tatiana is the Executive Assistant to Amanda Valenti, and Office Manager of Terra Care SLC.

She came to Terra in the late summer of 2021, burnt out from corporate cubicle work-life and ready for a new occupational adventure. While she started folding laundry and washing cups (work you can still find her doing!) she slowly became a very important cog in the overall machine that is Terra Care. Chances are, if you’ve called or emailed Valenti Acupuncture or Terra Care looking for information or an appointment, you’ve talked to her!

If she’s not at the Terra Care reception desk, you can find her elbows deep in a soft serve machine: she is also the Front of House Manager at Normal Ice Cream, a local ice cream and drink spot for the greater SLC area (her fave flavor is blood orange, BTW).

Tatiana received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts with an Emphasis in Graphic Design from the University of Utah in 2019. She has a passion for letterpress prints, good cups of coffee & a delicious sandwich. She loves camping, hiking, and spending time on the lake with a good book.
