Founded by Steve and Eva Kauffman in 2000, Streamline Pilates was born out of a desire to offer the community a space for this unique exercise system, intelligent movement therapy, and mind/body connection. As one of the first professional Pilates studios in Salt Lake City, Streamline developed an ongoing reputation for unsurpassed instruction in a warm and intimate atmosphere. Additionally, Streamline offers Myofascial massage therapy with the 35-year bodywork career of Steve Kauffman.
Our North Studio—here at Terra Care—and our South Studio in the heart of Sugarhouse, are both fully equipped and provide classical Pilates for any lifestyle, budget, and schedule. We offer private sessions, duets, trios, small group equipment classes, and small group mat classes. Virtual attendance via Zoom is also available allowing you to join from home, the office, or at the beach while on vacation. We believe Pilates is a way of life and should be enjoyed anywhere and anytime.
Our highly experienced staff and comprehensively trained instructors aim to personalize your session and are committed to helping clients create a sustainable movement practice in a way that best suits them.
