Savannah’s mission is to heal dis-ordered eating, exercise, and self-talk patterns through compassionate examination and evolutionary biopsychology. She also focuses on clinical eating disorder recovery & post-treatment support. The approach, of “this used to serve a survival purpose,” can inspire curiosity—over shame—of patterns and behaviors.

Her specialties are working with athletes re-identifying themselves in the world, parents and children seeking to improve their communication surrounding food and body image, and those curious to release protective behaviors, food restrictions, or body preoccupation. These symptoms have a purpose. Though uncomfortable, sometimes unlivable, they are the body’s way of asking for change, quietly at first.
