Rachel Krahenbuhl, MS, NBHWC, CHES, has been working with bodies through movement since 2015. Her teaching style has evolved into a focused, mindful movement session that regulates the nervous system so you can tune into subtle layers of the body. Most describe a movement session with Rachel as calming, meditative, and intentional.
Through college, Rachel studied psychology, health, and kinesiology, which helped her better understand the complexities of human behavior. Studying the mind and human health gave more insight and compassion toward how we interact with self care and the potential underlying motivations, attitudes, and belief systems that drive behavior. Rachel brings this insight into holistic health conversations to help clients reflect, uncover blocks, and set clear intentions.
Embodied Wellness combines a unique approach of experiential wellness practices, somatic guidance, and holistic health coaching. Each session is tailored for each individual human, and we show up to session ready to help you tune in to what is needed that day.
